John Surabian
Owner, Head Coach
John spent his whole childhood playing sports, Basketball being his favorite. He found a passion in fitness and was introduced to the world of CrossFit by a mentor well over 10 years ago. In 2012, John opened his own CrossFit gym at the age of 21 years old. Since then, he has spent years coaching and building this gym to be what it is today.

Kelly Wilhide
Coach
Kelly played soccer for her whole youth life. Looking for a way to improve her performance, she began CrossFit in 2010. Since then, she has competed at the CrossFit East super regional twice (2017-2018) and competed in numerous other national-level competitions.

Lauren
Lauren has always enjoyed fitness and lived an active lifestyle. She began playing sports at age five and has not stopped moving since! Lauren participated in a numerous different sports throughout childhood and high school. Lauren went on to play Division II Tennis in College and played ice hockey into young adulthood. Lauren began doing CrossFit in 2013 and there was no turning back. She later received her Crossfit L1 with the goal of being a role model and to enable and empower athletes to pursue excellence in all facets of life beginning with total body health. Outside of the gym, Lauren has her Master’s Degree in Forensic Psychology and works fulltime in Human Services.

Reggie
Coach/Greeter
Reggie, also known as Reginald or Reggiedoodle is one of CFBs newest coaches. Reggie began coaching at the ripe age of 8 weeks, his natural expertise made clear from the first day. His skills include greeting with kisses, walking on the assault runner, and motivating through barks, growls, and the occasional bat with his paw. In his free time he enjoys digging, chewing on drawstrings, and eating. Reggie is currently unavailable for personal training, as he is kept very busy between naps, eating, puppy school and nature adventures.
