Location
Our new location is conveniently located right on Route 140 in Boylston, MA. We are about a quarter mile from the 290 exits/on ramps, and about 1 mile from the Shrewsbury line. We are located in an area with many restaurants, gas stations, and coffee stops.
Facilities
Our 5,500 sqft location is mainly occupied with our wide open gym space, as well as our 60’x12′ turf patch. In addition to this, we have men’s and women’s locker rooms with a shower and a handicap shower in each. We have plenty of lockers for your belongings as well as room to change. We sell bottled water on site, but also have a filtered water refill station. Our new location is controlled at a comfortable temperature with year round heat and air conditioning. We ensure cleanliness in our gym by using disinfectant wipes after each class to prevent spread of germs.
Equipment
We have a wide range of equipment, not only conducive to CrossFit but also accommodating to strongman, olympic weightlifting and power lifting. Some of our most unique and notable pieces of equipment include our Assault Runner, our Ski erg, our Reverse hyper, and our turf. We are constantly keeping our equipment up to date and try to purchase equipment as we see fit.
