Minutes 10:00 – 20:00 Build to a 3 rep back squat 
Minutes 20:00 – 22:00 Clean up bars and weights
Minutes 22:00 – 27:00 As Many Rounds 10 KB Swings +5 Box Jumps Overs
Minutes 27:00 – 30:00 As many burpees
